The Macomb County Bar Association (MCBA) recently hosted a Chili Cook-Off, inviting area attorneys to either enter the contest with their own special recipe or “be a taster and leave with a full belly.’ Carmen DeFranco (center), a Macomb County assistant prosecutor, was the winner of the event, held at the Discovery Center in Mt. Clemens.
