Candidates seek seats on OCBA board

The Nominating Committee has finalized the slate of candidates for the 2025 Oakland County Bar Association election to its board of directors.

There are five three-year term seats and one two-year term seat to be filled in the election, which will take place for OCBA members through an online ballot open from 8 a.m. on May 1 to 5 p.m. on May 9.

The candidates include: Jennifer Henderson of the Oakland County Road Commission; incumbent Victoria King of the Oakland County Circuit Court; incumbent Julie Kosovec of Brooks, Wilkins, Sharkey, & Turco; incumbent Jennifer Lord of Sterling Employment Law; James Martone of Dickinson Wright; Stephen McKenney of Altior Law; incumbent Layne Sakwa of Fried Saperstein Sakwa; and Thomas Vitu of Advocate Mediation.
