Jackon’s 4th Annual Summit to Reduce Violence is set 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, at the America 1 Event Center, 128 W. Ganson St., Jackson.
This year’s theme, ‘Domestic Violence: Awareness, Access, and Action’ focuses on education, resources and solutions.
The keynote speaker is attorney Tanesha Ash-Shakoor, founder and CEO of Voices of Color, a domestic violence survivor turned legal expert, advocate, and community leader, dedicated to ending abuse and restoring lives.
Together, participants will raise awareness, expand access to support, and take meaningful action to end domestic violence.
A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
