The investiture of Oakland County Probate Court Judge Traci Richards (center) took place Saturday, April 5, at the Welcome Missionary Baptist Church in Pontiac. Richards’ parents, (left to right) Dorothy Richards and Morris Richards, proudly supported her during the ceremony which included the formal presentation of the gavel and robe.
