Adult Treatment Court standards explored online

The Michigan Judicial Institute will present “Implementation of the Adult Treatment Court Best Practice Standards Virtual Training” hosted by Problem-Solving Courts (PSC) online Thursday, May 8, from noon to 1 p.m.

This is the first session in a series of best practice standard trainings offered through a collaboration between the Michigan Supreme Court, State Court Administrative Office and All Rise.

The Adult Treatment Court Best Practice Standards are the definitive guidance treatment court practitioners nationwide must look to, to sustain and enhance these lifesaving programs. Throughout the session, an overview of key changes to the Standards will be highlighted, and implementation recommendations and important practice tips will be explored.
