The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan’s Juvenile Justice &?School Safety Training Project will present “In the Lunchroom with Juvenile Justice: FERPA Discussion & Open Forum” online Thursday, June 12, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

The forum will feature a brief presentation on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) followed by an open discussion time. Prosecutors and APAs are invited to bring questions and concerns. Questions may also be subitted in advance to Karen Field at fieldk9@michigan.gov.
