The State Appellate Defender Office’s Criminal Defense Resource Center will continue its 2025 virtual lunchtime trainings with a webinar on “Breaking the Pipeline: Effective Strategies for Addressing School-Related Offenses” Tuesday, July 15, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Leading the online training will be Nicole Duncan of Duncan Youth Legal Services LLC.  Duncan is a former state public defender and now contracts with Alternate Defense Counsel of Colorado and other organizations. She started private practice  November 2022, and works to serve youth through direct defense, policy, and legislation.
