The annual Uncle Phil’s BBQ fundraiser was held at Lumen Christi on June 12. About 350 people attended, 150 take-out lunches were served, and $21,000 raised; proceeds go to Junior Achievement, Jackson Catholic Schools and Michigan Theatre of Jackson. The BBQ was sponsored by Willis & Machnik Financial Services, Knights Steakhouse, and Virginia Coney Island.
