The Michigan Judicial Institute will present a webinar on “Selecting the Right Population for Your Treatment Court” hosted by Problem-Solving Courts (PSC) Thursday, August 21, from noon to 1:15 p.m. via Zoom.
This session establishes the foundation for selecting the appropriate population served by the treatment court, defines the concepts of risk and need, and explores eligibility and disqualification criteria based on a review of the current research.
