• It is a waste of psychic and spiritual energy to be concerned about what other people think about me.
• Life is always a gentle embrace of the NOW.
• To focus gently on now becomes a focus on the amazing Presence of a Loving God.
• My soul will always be at rest in the gentle embrace and gentle focus on NOW.
• In the NOW, everything I see and everyone I see become an uplifting Divine Experience.
• In the present moment God is with me.
• Because God is with me in this moment my soul will always be at rest.
• The gentle embrace of pain and the gentle embrace of joy is the doorway into God’s Presence and God’s Love.
• There is no need to rush to the next moment. Life, love and God are happening right now.
• Life becomes simple and amazing at the same time when I remain reflectively in this sacred moment.
• Rushing through life is avoiding life.
