The Wayne State Student Senate, Patriot Week, Center for Civic Engagement, Jewish Bar Association, the Jewish Law Student Association of Michigan and the Levin Center will conduct the 2025 Patriot Week - Racial Equality Forum on Monday, Sept. 15 at noon in the Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights room 2242 on the campus of Wayne State University Law School, 471 W. Palmer in Detroit.
Panelists will speak to the topic of “Racial Equality-What is it, how can we better fulfill it, and what is the future of Racial Equality in America?”
Following the panel exchange attendees will engage in civic dialogue examining the same question. After these table discussions attendees will share their thoughts with the larger group.

• Dr. Brad Roth, WSU professor of Law and Political Science
• Dr. Ron Brown WSU professor of Political Science
• Dr. Howard Lupovitch WSU professor of Political Science
• Dr. Aman McCleod UDM associate professor of law
• Dr. Angel McKissic director, Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights
• Dr. Marjorie Sarbaugh-Thompson WSU professor of Political Science
The forum is supported by the Chaldean American Bar Association, the Federalist Society, the Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan, and the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers.
