In addition, the website contains information for specific e-file procedures, including:

• Fee Waivers
• ICHAT (Internet Criminal History Access Tool)
• Letters of Authority
• Objections
• Pre-payment by cash/checks
• Reopening Files
• Rejected Documents
• Request for E-Service by MiFILE- Adding a Party to a Case
• Decedent’s Estates
- Opening by Application with an original Will
- Inventories- presentment/filing
