Ms Pozehl retired from the Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC) effective April 1, 2021, and is now in private practice.
In addition, MCR 9.119 (G) was amended beginning in 2023, to impose new obligations on private practice attorneys and the State Bar of Michigan with regard to identifying, designating, and serving as Interim
Administrators when an attorney becomes unable to practice.
