The National Center for State Courts will present a webinar on “Building a Trauma-Informed Culture in Your Court” Thursday, October 16, from 1a a.m. to noon via Zoom.
The webinar will explore strategies for creating supportive environments that promote well-being, trust, and psychological safety in the workplace.
Panelists will examine the impact of workplace trauma and share practical ways court leaders can respond with empathy and awareness.
