Generator installed
Lucas Piper, of the Village of Climax Department of Public Works, is pictured setting a new standby generator in place at well house No. 3 October 7. Well house No. 3 is where power is located to operate all three of the village’s wells, so when there is a power outage the new generator will operate the entire water system. DPW Manager T.J. Gibson said the generator has to be hooked up to propane and is expected to be operable in the near future.
