Webinar focuses on recent search and seizure case law
This training will provide attorneys with an update on recent search and seizure caselaw and will address emerging issues in search and seizure litigation.
Those attending will receive practical guidance for litigating suppression motions and preserving issues for appeal.

This webinar will detail how to classify participant goals by difficulty level to inform the appropriate responses to achievements or infractions.
Proximal goals should be achievable in the short term and sustainable for a reasonable period, whereas distal goals are those that are too difficult for the participant to accomplish currently. Managed goals are those that have been achieved and sustained for a reasonable period of time.
