Real Estate Outlook
The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan presented its “Real Estate Outlook 2026” on Thursday, November 6, at the Detroit Athletic Club. The program was kicked-off with an economic overview presented by Paul Traub (left), economic consultant for ACT Research. Traub offered insight into the current economic environment and how this ties to Michigan’s economy and the potential real estate opportunities it presents. Happy to welcome Traub to the event was Kayleigh Long (right) of Hirzel Law PLC. After Traub’s presentation, roundtable discussions took place with experienced attorneys focusing on various topics.
