COUNSELOR'S CORNER: The freedom of thankfulness

Gratitude opens our hearts.

Grateful people are happy people.

Love pours out of appreciating the goodness of people.

To be grateful in each moment of life is to experience the Love of God.

Thanksgiving opens our hearts to Love and the uplifting experience of Love and kindness.

Negativity closes our hearts and minds to Love.

Gratitude keeps our heart open to the joy of Love.

The more loving and kinder I am, the more inner freedom and joy I experience.

Gratefulness is meant to be a present moment investment in Love.

The joy of a Thanksgiving meal with others becomes an experience of God.

Every time I invest in being thankful, I invest in experiencing God.

Happiness enters my heart and my soul when I invest in being grateful in this present, sacred moment.

The more I think about the Love of God for me, the more thankful I become.

The more I become thankful, the more I focus on Love and the more I become aware of God’s Love for me.

If I want my life to be simple and uncomplicated, I will invest in simple gratitude for this present moment because this is where God is so lovingly and powerfully present.

We are entering into a season of gratefulness and love. May this attitude remain with me forever.

There are so many people in my life that I feel so grateful for knowing because they have brought to me such positive experiences of love by their loving presence in my life.

I realize more and more that my purpose in life is bring Love to everyone so my heart will remain gratefully open to God.

When I consciously become invested in gratitude, I consciously become more aware of God and I have a loving, positive experience of a God who is always loving.

Positive spirituality and psychology are filled with a positive experience of gratitude and a humble awareness and gratefulness to God for always loving us.
