A group of volunteers packed military boxes December 3 that were sent to local soldiers stationed throughout the United States.
There were items made and purchased by community members that were combined with items made and brought by volunteers who packed the items December 3.
The volunteer workers and items brought are listed below.
Clara - boxes; Mary Ellen Smith - boxes, socks; Brenda - boxes; Judi Struble - jerky, Kleenex, combs, brushes, cookies, lip balm, puzzle books, Sharon Fess - cookies, Roger Skidmore - worker; Sue Veeder - worker; Lyn Wright - money, tuna packs, donation; Ron White - worker; Deb McConaghy - worker; Evelyn Bradfield - cookies, sox.
Other donations were made by Stubby’s in Vicksburg, Mackenzie’s Bakery in Vicksburg, local citizens and the Scotts Community Center.
