Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC welcomed three new associate attorneys to the Lansing office: all three participated in the summer associate program in 2024. 

Rachel A. Conner is a member of the Trusts & Estates practice group where she will practice general estate planning matters, estate and gift tax planning, trust and estate administration and related litigation. She is an alumna of Michigan State University’s College of Law and Indiana University Bloomington.

Olivia K. Reid is joining the Business & Tax practice group. She will be helping clients with entity formation, employee benefits, business & succession planning, contracts, non-profits, and other day-to-day legal issues facing businesses. Reid is an alumnus of both Michigan State University and Michigan State University’s College of Law.

Allison N. Shudark joins the Litigation practice group where she will be assisting with commercial litigation, insurance law and defense and no-fault. Shudark graduated with high honors from Michigan State University and received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Michigan State University’s College of Law.
