‘Seminar in the Snow’ conducted January 22-23

The Michigan Association for Justice will conduct its “Seminar in the Snow: Litigation Strategies & Techniques” Thursday and Friday, January 22-23, at the Grand Traverse Resort in Traverse City.
MAJ Past President Ron Weiner, of Lipton Law, and Tim Smith, of Smith & Johnson, are the co-moderators/hosts for the 2026 seminar.

The festivities will kick off Thursday evening with the MAJ Road Show followed by DJ trivia and karaoke.  Friday will feature speakers, exhibits, and a family-friendly closing party.  Speaking at the seminar will be:

Event rates are $480 for MAJ members, $410 for MAJ sustaining members, $325 for MAJ members practicing 4 years or less, $325 for MAJ paralegal/law clerk members, $700 for non-members, and free for sitting judges.  Hotel accommodations must be booked separately.
