Warren woman charged with second-degree murder

Authorities have announced that Moriah Dandrade, 31, of Warren, was arraigned on charges including second-degree murder related to the death of her husband.
It is alleged that in the early morning hours of Jan. 27, Dandrade murdered her 31-year-old husband James Graham.

Responding Warren police found the deceased Graham and Dandrade in the home they shared. Additional information regarding the matter will be placed on the record as the case progresses.  

Last Friday, Dandrade was arraigned before Judge Michael Chupa in the 39th District Court  on the following charges:

Murder – Second Degree, a felony punishable by life or any term of years

Tampering with Evidence in a Criminal Case Punishable by More than 10 years or Life, a felony punishable by 10 years and/or $20,000.00

These are the maximum charges available under the law based upon the evidence presented to date.

Chupa set Dandrade’s bond at $500,000 cash/surety. If she makes bond, Dandrade must wear a steel cuff GPS tether.

Dandrade is scheduled for a probable cause conference on Feb. 10.
