Authorities have announced that a jury convicted 33-year-old Michael Quintana-Dominguez, of Shelby Township, of four counts of First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.
Last Tuesday, following a four-day jury trial, a Macomb County jury found Quintana-Dominguez guilty of three counts of First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (person under 13, Defendant 17 Years of Age or Older) and one count of First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (Victim under 13 Years of Age).
The felony charges are punishable by up to life in prison and carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years.
Quintana-Dominguez remains in custody at the Macomb County Jail awaiting sentencing on April 2.
