ABA 2026 White Collar Crime Institute to convene March 10-13 in San Diego

The 2026 White Collar Crime Institute, sponsored by the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section, will feature in-depth exploration of cybersecurity, cryptocurrencies, money laundering, international law and other pressing legal, regulatory and ethical issues impacting the white-collar landscape March 10-13 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

More than 25 breakout sessions and five plenary sessions will examine emerging trends and enforcement priorities as well as significant legal developments across the United States. 

Sessions will explore a variety of topics including skills training in trial practice, antitrust enforcement and international extradition.

Participants also will hear from California State Attorney General Rob Bonta and Illinois State Attorney General Kwame Raoul during a special session with state attorneys general at 1:15 p.m. March 11 as well as former Acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew Galeotti of the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division at 8:30 a.m. March 12 during the E Lawrence Barcella, Jr. Memorial Address.

On March 13, the ABA CJS Spring Meeting titled “Preserving Progress in a Shifting Landscape” will be held. (Separate registration is required.)
