Plunkett Cooney elects three to the board of directors

During Plunkett Cooney’s recent annual meeting, partners Lisa A. Hall, Audrey J. Forbush and Benjamin M. Glazebrook were elected by their colleagues to serve as members of the firm’s board of directors. Glazebrook was elected to his first two-year term, and Hall and Forbush were re-elected to two and three-year terms, respectively.

Hall, a member of the Grand Rapids office, maintains a wide-ranging practice that includes expertise in banking law, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, liquor licensing, municipal liability and real estate law. Her clients include financial institutions, insurance providers, municipalities and other public entities. 

Admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Michigan, Hall received her law degree, cum laude, from Cooley Law School. She received her undergraduate degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 2003.

A member of the the Detroit office, Glazebrook serves as leader of the firm's Transportation Law Practice Group. 

The managing partner of the Flint office and the senior vice-president of the firm’s board of directors, Forbush focuses her practice in the areas of employment and municipal litigation.
