Due to planned system maintenance, State Bar of Michigan online services that require payment processing will be unavailable March 19-20.
The main SBM website at michbar.org and the online Member Directory to check an attorney’s status will remain available throughout the partial outage.
Services that will be temporarily unavailable include:
• Lawyer Referral Service (March 19 only)
• SBM Store, including Certificates of Good Standing
• SBM Events
• Bill payments
• License renewal and new member applications
Those systems will become unavailable starting at about 6 a.m. Thursday, March 19. SBM expects to restore service by the end of the day on Friday, March 20.
Anyone in need assistance should contact the State Bar of Michigan at 1-888-726-3678. Staff also will not have access to the affected systems while maintenance is ongoing.
