The celebration of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) will help raise funds for this vital program. CASA volunteers are appointed by the court to advocate for the best interests of children in foster care. CASAs remain with each case until it is closed and the child is placed in a safe, permanent home. CASAs are volunteers who work with legal and child welfare professionals, educators, and service providers to ensure that the court has all the information they need to make the most well-informed decisions for each child.
