The Washtenaw County Bar
Association held its Annual Meeting and Bench-Bar Conference on May 1 at
Travis Pointe Country Club. The event included the swearing-in of the
Board for the upcoming fiscal year and the presentation of two awards.
A comprehensive update on the state of the Washtenaw County Courts was provided by Hon. Patrick J. Conlin Jr., Chief Judge of the Trial Court; Hon. Darlene A. O’Brien, Probate Judge of the Trial Court; Hon. Cedric J. Simpson, Judge of the 14A District Court; Hon. Magistrate Hilary Braley of the 14B District Court; and Hon. Miriam A. Perry, Chief Judge of the 15th District Court.
