The American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division has posted its 2026 On the Rise — Top 40 Young Lawyers honorees at www.americanbar.org/groups/young_lawyers/about/awards/on-the-rise/2026.
The annual On the Rise —Top 40 Young Lawyers Awards provides national recognition for 40 ABA young lawyer members who exemplify a broad range of high achievement and legal and community service.
"The ABA Young Lawyers Division is proud to recognize this year's On the Rise Top 40 honorees. These exceptional young lawyers exemplify the talent, leadership and dedication that are shaping the future of our profession,” said Brandon H. Riches, chair of the division. “Through their commitment to excellence in practice, service to their communities and contributions to the legal profession, they have distinguished themselves as leaders among their peers.”
On the Rise — Top 40 Young Lawyers welcomes new nominees each year. Nominations for the 2027 group of recipients will open in October and will remain open through February 2027.
The Young Lawyers Division is committed to assuring it is best able to represent the newest members of the profession, ensuring that it reflects the society it serves and providing young lawyers and young lawyer organizations with the tools and opportunities for professional and personal success.
