Effective delegation is a critical skill for court leaders balancing high workloads, limited resources, and the need to deliver consistent, high-quality operations.
This Navigating Leadership Webinar Series session is designed to help court leaders understand how to delegate effectively and with purpose, aligning tasks and responsibilities with staff strengths, building accountability, and developing future leaders within the court.
Attendees will explore practical strategies to delegate more confidently, avoid common delegation pitfalls, and create a culture of trust and shared responsibility. After attending this webinar, attendees will be able to:
