NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a default has been made in the conditions of a certain Mortgage granted by Terri J Davis, an unmarried woman, as Mortgagor, to Homestead Savings Bank, as Mortgagee, dated April 25, 2008, recorded May 8, 2008 at Liber 3306 Page 536 in the Office of Register of Deeds for Ingham County, Michigan (the “Mortgage”) and the Mortgage is being foreclosed upon by Mortgagee. The premises subject to this foreclosure is located in the Township of Aurelius, County of Ingham, State of Michigan, and described as: A part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Town 2 North, Range 2 West, Aurelius Township, Ingham County, Michigan, described as: Commencing on the South line of said Section 32 at a point 553.97 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 32; thence North 273 feet; thence East 180 feet; thence South 273 feet to the South line of said Section 32; thence West along said South line 180 feet to the point of beginning. which has the address of 5940 Plains Highway, Eaton Rapids MI 48827.
