  • Walled Lake garage contractor sentenced to 40-240 months for scamming customers

    On Tuesday, Artemio “Temo” Sessions, 56, of Walled Lake, was sentenced by Judge Cheryl Matthews in the 6th Circuit Court in Oakland County to 40-240 months’ incarceration, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Sessions was charged in April of 2021 for repeatedly scamming homeowners out of tens of thousands of dollars under the guise of eventually building for them garages, and in February he was convicted by a jury of False Pretenses and Conducting a Criminal Enterprise.
