WMU-Cooley Law announces new LL.M scholarships
WMU-Cooley Law School announced a new scholarship for students beginning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program in January, May, or September. The school is awarding up to $4,300 in scholarship per student. LL.M. classes are scheduled on nights and weekends. Scholarships are awarded on merit.

Published by the American Bar Association, “Labor Arbitration Practice: An Advocate’s Handbook” leads the reader through each step of the labor arbitration process from the perspective of the advocate. The book was written for union and management lawyers and lay advocates alike. In virtually all aspects of case preparation and presentation, the tasks of a union advocate are mirror images of those of his or her employer counterpart, and vice versa. In the many examples and practical tips found throughout the book, both union and employer perspectives are reflected.
Though this book deals solely with labor arbitration, advocates may find themselves with a case in other related arenas, such as employment disputes in nonunion settings, and may find relevant and useful information in most of the chapters.
