Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Stephanie Grant will be the featured speaker for a 90-minute webinar on “ACA Reporting Requirement Update and Strategies” Thursday, Dec. 8, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
As another calendar year closes, employers with 50 or more full-time employees will once again need to issue 1095-C forms and file 1094-C forms with the IRS.
Grant will help prepare for another year of ACA reporting by discussing a few changes to the forms and form instructions, and review some common reporting scenarios to help employers navigate this next round of reporting.
Grant’s practice focuses on employee benefits and ERISA – with an emphasis on health and welfare benefits, including COBRA, HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act as well as wellness programs nationwide.
While she counsels companies across all industries, many of Grant’s clients operate in the automotive and other manufacturing industry space.
She earned her law degree from Wayne State University Law School (2008) and her B.S. from Butler University (2005).
