Alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School are invited to join for the culminating event of the law school's 50th anniversary celebration.
The semi-formal 50th Anniversary Gala is an opportunity to span the decades of momentous impact WMU-Cooley has made on legal education and the legal profession.
The gala will take place Saturday, June 17, at the Marriott East Lansing at University Place. The cocktail hour and silent auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. with the program and special recognitions taking place at 7:30 p.m.
Graduates from the Cooley, Campbell, and Fletcher Classes-Cooley's first three graduating classes-also have the option of participating in class reunion activities that day.
The evening highlights include:
• Live Jazz Cocktail Hour
• Silent Auction to Benefit the Student Scholarship Fund
• Cooley Archive Display featuring historical photos and materials
• Reunion Class Photos
• Cooley Past, Present, and Future Presentation
• Awards and Special Recognitions
Gala tickets are $100 per person, $175 per couple, and $50 for current WMU-Cooley students.
