Comerica Hatch Detroit contest narrowing field
DETROIT (AP) -- The 2013 Comerica Hatch Detroit contest is narrowing the field to the Top 10 entries.
The contest sought first-time and experienced entrepreneurs to submit retail concepts that will resonate with the public. Comerica Bank is putting up the $50,000 prize for the winning business idea and providing other support to further Hatch Detroit's efforts.
The Top 10 will be announced this evening at an event at Ford Field. Finalists will showcase their ideas and answer questions.
In addition to the cash prize, the winner will also get a package of services including legal, marketing and advertising, accounting and tech support.
