The Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, hosted its Rakow Scholarship Award, Barbara J. Rom Award for Bankruptcy Excellence, and Historical Society Luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit. The Fourth Annual Barbara J. Rom Award for Bankruptcy Excellence winner was Wally Handler (fourth from right) of Sullivan, Ward, Asher, & Patton PC.
