The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel will present the First Annual Legal Excellence Awards on Thursday, March 9, at the Detroit Historical Museum, 5401 Woodward Ave. in Detroit.
The night will include presentations to: Scott L. Mandel for the Excellence in Defense Award; Oakland County Circuit Court Chief Judge Nanci J. Grant and Wayne County Circuit Court Chief Judge Robert J.
Colombo for the Judicial Award; and John C.W. Hohmeier for the Young Lawyer Golden Gavel Award. The banquet includes a strolling dinner and reception beginning at 6 p.m.
