In early December 2017, the Oakland County Circuit Court will begin using the State of Michigan’s statewide efiling initiative, MiFILE, powered by TrueFiling. With the transition to MiFILE, Tyler Odyssey File and Serve will no longer be available for efiling.
The Oakland County Bar Association will conduct an “E-filing Seminar” Monday, Nov. 13, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the OCBA offices, 1760 South Telegraph Road, Suite 100, in Bloomfield Hills.
This training will teach attendees how to register with the new system, create new service contacts and payment accounts, and properly file all documents.
Pre-registration is not necessary. Anyone with questions can contact Lisa Czyz at 248-452-2190 or the Oakland County Clerk efiling staff at 248-452-8643.
