Lakeshore Bar Association (LBA) hosted attorney turned comedian Rob Jenkins (pictured left) for an evening of humor and fun on Thursday, Oct. 26, at City Kitchen restaurant in Grosse Pointe. A Detroit native, Jenkins has performed at many comedy festivals and was a 2016 participant in the Best of the Midwest Comedy Competition. He has appeared on the Fox Stand-Up Comedy Show “Laughs” and in Dave Landau’s Detroit-based comedy “The King.” He has also opened for many well known comedy acts. In 2015, Jenkins released his first comedy CD “Achievement Unlocked.” LBA board members were happy to present Jenkins including (left to right) Vice President Ellisse Thompson of Clark Hill PLC, Grosse Pointe Woods attorney Vincent Romano, LBA President John Parnell Jr. of The Parnell Firm PLLC, Executive Director Tim Dinan of Dinan & Associates PC, and Treasurer Elisabeth Gregory of Comerica Bank.
