The Oakland County Bar Association will present “Other Acts Evidence in Criminal Cases” on Tuesday, March 19, from noon to 1 p.m. at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills.
This seminar will cover the spectrum of issues presented regarding the admission of “other acts” evidence under both MRE 404(b) and MCLA 768.27 (a) and MCLA 768.27 (b). The guest speaker will be Michael J. McCarthy of Michael J. McCarthy PC.
Pre-registration cost is $12 for OCBA members and $25 for non-members. On site registration is $25 for OCBA members and $40 for non-members.
