Miller Canfield presented a “Suitability Update” as the last Before the Bell Breakfast Forum for the year on Thursday, Nov. 21, at The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. Among those taking part in the forum were (l-r) Mark Foster, Mike Coakley of Miller Canfield, Howard Margolis, Judith Villarreal, James Mason, Anthony Geis, Todd Holleman of Miller Canfield, John Kelmigian, and Tyler Silverthorn. “This morning we’re going to be talking about the new suitability rules enacted by the securities industry,”?Coakley said, “and in particular, suitability investor protection for senior citizens.”
