The Real Estate Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association presented “Commercial Real Estate: Development Basics” on Tuesday, April 29, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Taking part in the program were (l-r) Royal Oak attorney Steve Samona; Hans Renthrop of Adkinson, Need, & Allen PLLC; Dawn Patterson of First American National Commercial Services; and Robert LaBelle of Myers, Shierk, &?LaBelle PLLC. “We will be covering such topics as first agreement, title insurance, and entitlement issues,” LaBelle noted.
