Before the Bell
Miller Canfield presented a Before the Bell Breakfast Forum on Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. Miller Canfield attorneys discussed “The Hardest/Easiest Questions Your Clients Will Ask. . .” Among those taking part in the forum were (l-r) Renee Floer, Martin Swiecki, Mike Coakley of Miller Canfield, Tony Gallana, Kal Goren of Miller Canfield, Dan Colombo, and Molly Wilson. The discussion examined “Who your clients should designate as the beneficiary of their IRA in a second marriage under the 70 ½ Rule” and “How to protect your retirement assets from claims of your children’s creditors and predators.”
