The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) — Detroit Chapter will present a panel discussion on the topic of “Technology Assisted Review” on Thursday, May 7 at Kelly Services Inc. in Troy.
The, scheduled from noon to 1:30 p.m., will be held in auditoriium A at Kelly Services, located at 999 W. Big Beaver.
Panelists will include Jay Yelton, a partner with Warner, Norcross, & Judd LLP and Constantine Pappas, from kCura.
They will discuss the growing acceptance in the courts of technology assisted review (TAR), when and how to determine when TAR is appropriate for a case, and address some common technical
questions regarding TAR.
