The Investiture of Karen Quinlan Valvo as Fifteenth Judicial District Court Judge for the City of Ann Arbor was held Jan. 29 at the Ann Arbor Justice Center, with a reception at the Ann Arbor City Club. Retired Judge Karl Fink, Valvo's longtime mentor and law partner, administered the oath of office.
