For the ninth consecutive year, Bowman and Brooke LLP has been ranked as a preeminent product defense firm, according to recently-released 2016 United States rankings from The Legal 500.
The firm, which is nationally recognized for its focus on defending high-stakes product liability and mass tort cases, was again chosen for honors on the 2016 list, including:
• Maintaining its Top Tier ranking in the Automotive/Transport practice category for the ninth year in a row;
• Ranking in the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices practice category for the fifth consecutive year, and
• Appearing in the Consumer Products list, ranking for the third year in a row.
Firm Chairman Paul Cereghini and Executive Managing Partner Vincent Galvin, Jr. were again named to the Automotive Leading Lawyers Spotlight.
To compile the annual rankings, researchers from The Legal 500—including both qualified journalists and lawyers—spend months conducting in-depth research into the market, pitting national firms against one another, practice area by practice area, and gathering feedback from peers and clients to assess overall visibility and reputation. The result is a highly detailed, objective analysis of the U.S. market highlighting the best of the best.
