The Ingham County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section held an educational event, "Tips & Tricks of Voir Dire," on Sept. 26 at Foster Swift's Lansing office. The panelists were (l-r) Ingham County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Mike Cheltenham; Mike Nichols, Nichols Law Firm; Ingham County Circuit Court Judge Joyce Draganchuk, and Andrew Abood from Abood Law Firm in East Lansing and Birmingham, who all provided insight and guidance on how to handle difficult situations that arise when selecting a juror.
