Vegas Night
The Black Law Students Association (BLSA) of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law hosted its Vegas Night Scholarship Fundraiser on Thursday, April 4, at Huntington Tower in Detroit. The event included a silent auction showcase, raffles, casino style games, music, food, and drinks. Happy to welcome guests were (l-r) BLSA Parliamentarian Zahara Madahah, BLSA Vice President Jimar Cunningham, BLSA President Sydney Jackson, BLSA Treasurer Mecca Muhammad, and BLSA Secretary Stephanie Thomas. Funds raised through sponsorships, ticket sales, and silent auction donations for Vegas Night support BLSA’s five scholarships to minority students.
