recently announced the addition of Brett O’Shell as a new attorney. O’Shell will support the Liss & Andrews team across its growing and increasingly complex docket of cases.

O’Shell graduated from Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in pre-law. He earned his law degree from Wayne State University in 2009. O’Shell is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. 

Previously serving as head of litigation, he possesses experience in leading legal support teams and has consistently achieved favorable outcomes for injured clients.
